great stay but minor improvements needed

The staff members were genuinely attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable . The room was well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, providing us with a restful night. We particularly enjoyed the convenient free parking at the hotel.

Although our stay was pleasant, the Wi-Fi connection could use some enhancement.

The breakfast was fine, but the room felt small with no air conditioning to keep things cool. Chur, the staff were super friendly though!

The spacious room featured comfy beds, ideal after hiking. Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled, making it uncomfortable at times.

The room layout was practical, even if it felt a touch small. Good to have free secure parking-it made the process of coming and going a lot smoother after a long journey.

The ground floor rooms lacked proper window coverings. A blind alone leaves you exposed to prying eyes. The bar seemed to run out of gin faster than the Death Star runs out of options for escape, thanks to high demand from English guests. On top of that, it was frustrating not to have tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, leaving you without that comforting cup first thing in the morning.

Consider asking for a higher floor room for added privacy and better views of the surroundings.

The air conditioning could use some serious improvement!!! The breakfast setup felt disorganized, especially considering our late arrival and early departure schedule!!! A little flexibility from the staff would go a long way!!!

Great stay for a night!

We had a spacious room with comfy beds and a super nice bathroom. The staff was friendly, and the meals at the restaurant were really tasty, especially the special diet options! Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster, though.

Had a blast with friends! Our stay was highlighted by secure parking and roomy accommodations. We enjoyed a comfortable dinner nearby and loved visiting the fine old town. The bathroom was excellent, and breakfast was decent. A perfect spot for a fun getaway!
